Online coaching starts with a 60-minute coaching consultation video call to discuss your prior training history, goals, and assess your needs needs. From there a personalized training plan is created which you will be able to access via and app called TrueCoach where you can also upload video, post feedback and ask questions.
Development of a customized program delivered in weekly blocks + weekly check-in and video analysis.
Includes unlimited email + text support and/or support via TrueCoach
Online coaching can be strength training based, climbing training based or both. Rehab work can also be incorporated.
$250 CONSULTATION + 4-WEEKS OF TRAINING or customized template
