Online coaching starts with a free, no-pressure coaching video call that is up to 60 mins to discuss your prior training history, goals, assess your needs, and see if we’d be a good fit to work together.

If it’s a good fit, then from there a personalized training plan is created which you will be able to access via my app. You’ll be able to upload video for analysis, post feedback, ask questions, and communicate with me through the app.

During these full-value sessions, I will teach you everything you need to know about getting stronger. You’ll feel safe, competent, less intimidated by the weight room, and empowered to start strength training.

We’ll meet for a detailed video call to talk through your goals, experience, training history, and schedule. Whether you're chasing a climbing grade, building strength, or prepping for a meet — we’ll figure out what’s working and what needs to change.

STEP 2

CUSTOM PLAN + STRATEGY

You’ll get a personalized training plan tailored to your goals, schedule, and needs. This is a strategy designed for you to build long-term progress, manage load, and keep you improving week to week.

STEP 3

ONGOING COACHING + FEEDBACK

Each week, you’ll check in, get updated programming, and access direct support through the app. You’ll have coaching in your corner to help you stay consistent, make adjustments, and level up your training one session at a time.
