In-person coaching

Strength coaching for injury risk reduction, building resilience, and as a supplement to other training. During these full-value sessions, I will teach you everything you need to know about getting stronger. You’ll feel safe, competent, less intimidated by the weight room and empowered to start strength training.

  • 3 one-on-one sessions with me at Custom Fit SF.

  • You’ll learn how to safely and effectively perform the squat, bench Press, overhead press, and deadlift.

  • Also includes 4 weeks of programming with weekly feedback on form and video analysis + unlimited e-mail support.

COST:

$450 for 3 IN-PERSON INTENSIVE SESSIONS + 4 WEEKS OF ONLINE COACHING + PROGRAMMING

$550 FOR 3 IN PERSON INTENSIVE SESSIONS + 12 WEEKS OF ONLINE COACHING + PROGRAMMING.

online coaching

Online coaching starts with a 60-minute coaching consultation video call to discuss your prior training history, goals, and assess your needs needs. From there a personalized training plan is created which you will be able to access via and app called TrueCoach where you can also upload video, post feedback and ask questions.

  • Development of a customized program delivered in weekly blocks + weekly check-in and video analysis.

  • Includes unlimited email + text support and/or support via TrueCoach

  • Online coaching can be strength training based, climbing training based or both. Rehab work can also be incorporated.

COST:

$250 CONSULTATION + 4-WEEKS OF TRAINING or customized template

$550 FOR CONSULTATION + 12-WEEKS of training ($45/WEEK!)

OR $200/MONTH ($50 A WEEK!)
