Remote consultations are available to help you manage your injuries and training appropriately so you can continue or return to doing what you love (climbing, powerlifting, crossfit, running, yoga etc) as efficiently as possible without re-injury.

Service Includes:

  • One hour video Consultation (Google Hangout/Facetime) which includes assessment of your injury, education on the problem and remote treatment plan

 

Remote rehab is also available for those who need a little more guidance in their rehab process.

  • 4 weeks of personalized rehab programming sent out weekly including weekly feedback

  • Follow-up calls or email support for questions/concerns (as needed) for 4 weeks

3 one-on-one sessions at Motus Clinic where you will learn the 4 fundamental lifts for effective strength training: Squat, Bench Press, Overhead Press, Deadlift.

Includes:

  • 4 weeks of online programming

  • Weekly feedback on form and video analysis

  • Program modification as needed based on objectives

  • Unlimited e-mail/Text message support

Online coaching for climbing performance. Climbing assessment, hangboard protocols, foundational strength training, front lever progression, system training, technique drills, mobility drills (if needed) and injury reduction strategies. 12 weeks strongly recommended for the best results.

  • One 60-minute coaching video call at the start of your program (Google Hangouts/Facetime)

  • Analysis of your goals and needs

  • Development of a customized programming plan delivered in weekly blocks (12 weeks recommended) updated as needed in real time

  • Weekly check-in correspondence and video analysis
