Check out the resources and watch the videos and workshops. Start with the warming up article, autoregulation article, and session flow chart and the autoregulation workshop. These are the most important things to know to start your training.
Be sure to review the movement guide as well for additional help with squats, bench press, overhead press, rows, and lock offs.
Make sure you check out the other resources as well and the FAQ section before posting questions in the Discord and read the guidelines for submitting a video before doing so.
